It's a very common practice for content editors to press ⌘+S or strg+S to save a document. This shortcut should have the same behaviour as clicking the 'Save'-Button.

actually, ctrl+enter saves your changes when in a field. All we need now is a publish shortcut!!

this should be way higher!! v4 had save on enter in smaller fields, but that's gone in v5! ctrl+s should definitely save the content. And ctrl+p should publish it!
