Fix and improve date picker

The current date/time picker does not allow keyboard input or copy and paste of the date/time (even when properly formatted)
It would be handy to have a date range, however this feature is perhaps more related to type suggestions for custom fields

Hi, this is great that this was fixed - much better UX! However, there's another UX issue with the date picker in the latest version of Strapi (from v4.11.7 onwards) in that when a user selects eg Monday 7 August, it selects Sunday 6 August instead... unless you pick the time first. And also, it's automatically formatting the date to US format which makes it even more confusing for us (as we're in the UK). Previously on Strapi 3 the date was displayed as eg August 5 2023 which was a lot clearer.
Anyway to fix this? We had to roll back to a previous version of Strapi (4.11.3) to resolve but now with the latest security update we're having to update... and have this bug again.

We're happy to share that Date time improvements are out in v4.11.0 Beta today 🎉.
- You can now enter a date/time manually by typing, rather than relying only on clicks
- You can access the whole calendar with your keyboard.
- You can type in a time that's not on the list, ex. 11:11 :)

Paridhi Dixit: looks neat and works well for date and time fields. But I'm unable to edit the time part of a datetime field manually. It's possible that this is due to the width of my view (the datetime field is at 50%), but I also tried widening the field without success. Dark shot is v4.10.5., light picture 4.11.0-beta.1 (don't even see the time).

Paridhi Dixit: I see it's now included in 4.11.0. Quite an improvement already! For me however, the time part of the datetime is still too narrow when I display the field at 66% width or below. And while I'm at it, may I suggest an option to have a "default value" of "today/now" instead of specific date/time. Thanks!

Gustav Hansen (he/him): actually, I just realized that if I set a blank default value in field customization, then the field will default to today when creating new content. So that covers my usecase quite well.
