Support NPM, Yarn, NX, and other monorepo systems

Currently Strapi Cloud does not support workspaces due to the way we inject the Strapi Cloud Email and Upload providers. We should detect if workspaces are being used and inject these dependencies into the workspace.

We’d love to see this feature implemented! Previously, we worked on our Next Strapi Starter on top of Turbo Repo (https://github.com/notum-cz/strapi-next-monorepo-starter), and having this functionality would make it much easier for developers to use Strapi Cloud efficiently. Looking forward to any updates on this!
