option to manually enter dimensions in the crop tool
as of now crop tool is hard to find for a new user
option to preset image dimensions(template) for a photo field so that cropping can be a part of content entry workflow. (in short image validation)

A number of our content users have specifically asked for this feature; they work with strict dimensions, so in addition to being able to specify, it would be good if they can be defaulted via configuration such that the user doesn't have to re-specify.

I too think that the crop tool should be improved. There are several usability issues with it:
- no way to set dimensions manually
- no aspect ratio lock
- the cropping frame starts at a totally random size / aspect ratio?
