Strapi now auto-generates captions and alt text for newly uploaded images - saving time, improving accessibility, and ensuring consistent metadata across your content by default.
What’s new:
  • Automatically generates Alt Text and Captions for images on upload
  • Works in bulk — process multiple images at once
  • AI-generated metadata is fully editable by users
  • Enabled by default under Settings → Media Library (admins can disable it anytime)
This is the first step towards a fully AI-powered Media Library — stay tuned for more enhancements soon.
