It would be really cool to auto fill github issues with system specs like NPM, node, os etc using the CLI. Something like yarn strapi bug-report

Very good idea!
I think a very good start could also be a command such as yarn strapi-info
 which prints everything about the environment, such as: node-version, strapi version, installed plugins ... to be copy/ pasted into a GH issue.
I believe it could be possible to implement that as a plugin even ...
