Would be nice if a built-in Strapi WYSIWYG Editor might be exposed as a full fledged and customisable (editor bar options) component in Design System or Helper Plugin.

Recent changes in causes some issues with dependencies as a plugin authors we've got a 1:1 copy of built-in editor in our codebase.

After exposing any changes, dependencies upgrades won't hurt potential uses of a copy :)
