It seems that there is currently no “full text search” option for RichText blocks in DynamicZones via the REST API with “filters”.

Example: I have a dynamic zone “content” with various components that contain RichText.

What I would like is a filters [content] [myComponentName] [blocks] [$containsi] =myText or similar.
